How much is postage?
Standard post Australia wide is a flat fee of $2.00. This includes small flat packages e.g. mix of headbands that weigh less than 250grams. This service is untracked.
Parcel post Australia wide is a flat fee of $8.95. This includes thicker/bulkier items e.g. clothes that weigh less than 500grams. This service is tracked.
Express post Australia wide is a flat fee of $10.00. This service is tracked.

How long will my order take to reach me?
In stock items are mailed out within 24-48 hours.
Express Post - Australia Post guarantees next day delivery, depending on your postcode.
How long do Pre-orders take?
A number of our products are marked as 'PRE-ORDER' items. Pre-orders can take up to 2-4 weeks to make. If you require your item urgently please contact us via the contact tab to discuss. Orders that consist of both in stock and pre-order items will be shipped together as one package once the pre-order item/s have arrived.
Can I pick up my order?
Unfortunately, we do not offer a pick-up service.

Unfortunately, we only offer an online shopping service.

Can I return a item?
Returns are accepted if the item/s is faulty or not as described. The item must be returned in the original packaging for a full refund. For change-of-mind or exchanges again the item must be returned in the original packaging, for this type of return customer covers all postage costs. Please note all returns must be within 30 days.
